If you’re paying for coaching, you’re paying for results. Kenegdo Coaching is not for everyone, so we want to be sure we can help you get the results you’re looking for. 

Make a commitment

If we’re both ready to fully invest in your success, we’ll sign a coaching agreement, set up your activation and recurring payments, and book in your sessions. 

CoacHING sessions

You can expect to meet by zoom every other week.

We’ll identify goals and outcomes for our time together and work through our Kenedgo Coaching model.

Our method leverages powerful, thought-provoking questions, empowering you to identify the action steps you will take toward your goal before our next session. 

Alternate weeks

Between in-person sessions, you’ll receive encouragement to keep your growth goals top of mind. Tools we use may include writing prompts, worksheets, articles, or suggested activities.

If you need it, additional support between sessions is available by email.
